asknet solutions AG‘s shares have been delisted from the Basic Board segment on the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with effect as of August 31, 2022.

With this step, costly transparency obligations associated with a stock exchange listing no longer apply. In future, asknet will only publish annual financial statements to a significantly reduced extent and no more half year or quarterly reports. After the delisting the next phase of the company‘s development begins.
