Digital transformation successfully implemented - CBS International Business School

The challenge

Sebastian Trott explains: "The biggest challenge for us was that we didn't have the software as such bundled in one central location. Everything was very much scattered across different providers, on different websites, partly self-hosted. This made it difficult for both students and staff to locate the software."

This often resulted in a high level of support required from the IT department. The school aimed to find a solution where all software would be managed in a central location, tools would be more accessible to students and staff, and the installation process would be more efficient.

The solution

CBS partnered with us to create a centralised platform for student software. This platform allows each student to download the software they need and request the necessary licences.

Integrating Single Sign-On with their existing Office 365 tenant was a key aspect of this collaboration.

Results

The deployment platform provides students with a straightforward way to access the software they need for their courses. There is also seamless integration with CBS's student administration systems, allowing students to log in and instantly access the software linked to their curriculum. As a result, less support is required from the IT department.

In the words of Sebastian Trott, "The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, so we can confidently say that this has been a fantastic collaboration."
